Sno Issues Solution
1. PCI Digital Sign App not working It is informed that on the Google play store the old App is available. The new app is available in the Institution’s Dashboard, and institutions may also download from below given link -

2. Error-PDF file are not saving on portal Kindly upload file of minimum size but it should be readable
3. Clarification in Book Titles and Volumes Kindly Fill as per Norms of PCI and submi
4. Clarification in Class Room course wise Kindly Fill as per Norms of PCI and submit
5. Clarification in Labs, Department/ Course wise Kindly Fill as per Norms of PCI and submit

7. Book Inventory As of now, it is desirable and institution may submit the SIF. It is also informed that, after submission the SIF within one month it is compulsory to fill by all institutions.

9. Pharmacist/ faculty are not getting the Login credential after registration If any Pharmacist/ faculty are not getting the Login credential after registration, kindly wait and inform to Grievance Cell through portal
10. Faculty are not reflecting in institution’s login after applied as faculty It is informed issue has been resolved. It is also requested to all faculty those are already applied as faculty but not reflecting on the institution’s login. They need to select the institution name from their login again and submit. After that institution will accept the particular faculty and the faculty will be reflected in the faculty module of SIF and the Faculty tab will be enabled in the faculty login. Faculty
11. Clarification of give the consent for teaching in Pharmacy Institution It is informed that if any faculty is giving consent to teach in a new pharmacy institution, So He/She needs to apply through a pharmacist login the flow is as under1. First registered as a pharmacist. 2. After login Need to fill complete Pharmacist profile. 3. Then go to the faculty tab click on the faculty consent link and fill the required details and submit. 4. The same will be reflected in the institution and the institution need to accept it.
12. Clarification on Overall teaching experience is not displayed in the faculty portal as well as in the SIF report It is informed that All pharmacist/faculty need to update their employment details and select the type of experience ( Industry/Teaching) after that it will automatically reflect.
13. Clarification on the Faculty tab It is informed that in the existing institutions, the following tabs are enabled for faculty such as1. Faculty 2. Non-Teaching staff 3. Faculty workload 4. Faculty Salary. It is also informed that in new institutions the following tabs are enabled for faculty such as – 1. Faculty consent. 2. Non-teaching staff.
14. Clarification Registration of Pursuing students of Pharmacy institutions. It is informed that 1. The Pursuing students need to register themselves only on the PCI portal. 2. No need to login credentials and it will not come to students. 3. After successful registration the student details will reflect on the institution login under the “Education tab” 4. Accordingly, Institutions need to approve the student from their login under the Student Applicant link The Registration & enrollment process and related Screenshots are attached as Appendix 1

15. Clarification on Payment updation for SIF and Services It is informed that - 1. The online payment will be updated on the PCI server within 24 hr after success from the applicant’s bank. 2. The NEFT/RTGS payment will be updated on the PCI server within 3 days after success from the applicant’s bank.
16. Clarification on M.Pharm pursuing student on PCI portal. It is informed that all M.Pharm pursuing students need to register as students on the PCI student portal through the Pharmacist portal. The process is under1. First they need to register as pharmacists. 2. After that login and fill the complete profile. 3. After that go to pharmacist services and select the “Master Course Application” and fill the required details and submit. 4. After submission, the request will go to intuitions login into the “Master Course Application” under the service tab. 5. Accordingly, the Institution will Accept/Reject the request institution. 6. After acceptance Student details will display in the “Student” tab under the Education module. The required screenshot is attached as Appendix 1

If you notice that the amount has not been deducted from your bank account and the Payment button is not enabled, kindly click the below button to change the status "Pending" to "Unpaid" and refresh the page. 2. If your amount is deducted from your bank account but not updated, kindly click the below button to check the payment status before "Pay again" and refresh the page. or reach out to us at the provided contact number (9319009021). 3.
