12th Joint Meeting of the Pharmacy Council of India and State Pharmacy Councils held at World Trade Centre, New Delhi.

The 12th Joint Meeting of the PCI with Presidents and Registrar of State Pharmacy Councils was held on 9.1.2026 at the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi under the leadership of the PCI President and Vice President.

The meeting witnessed detailed deliberations on key agendas, including the upgradation of State Pharmacy Councils, modernization and strengthening of registration processes, and important aspects related to pharmacy education regulations, approval of NIOS Board for eligibility for admission in Pharmacy Courses, registration of Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) and Single Window Registration System across all State Pharmacy Councils to streamline the registration process for pharmacists.

The discussions reaffirmed PCI’s commitment to ensuring a robust, transparent, and future-ready pharmacy regulatory ecosystem in India.
